Instruction and Staff Development

The office of Instruction and Staff Development organizes and implements the BTSA Induction program, Summer Institute, Teacher Professional Development, Substitute Teacher Training, New Teacher Orientation, Administrator Workshops, and Professional Learning Communities. This office also works in coordination with the other departments in Ed Services to establish common goals and to seek ways to combine resources and time to successfully implement these goals.
