I&TS Technical Services
The I&TS Technology Services Group provides district-wide support services for computer hardware and peripherals, desktop and server operating systems and software, telephone systems, security cameras, IP Intercom systems, and the network.

Goals & Objectives- Improve support levels for desktop hardware/software
- Improve communications and support with school Technology Specialists
- Upgrade telephone systems to Voice over IP Technology
- Continue training programs for staff to improve knowledge and support
- Start migration to use Zenworks by Novell as a software management tool
- Continue support on the Prop H Bond issues on technology migration
- Start migration on the upgrade of the UPS systems District wide
- Continue campus security camera system installations District wide
- Continue the Beta test for IP intercom systems for safety and security District wide
